Jamil El-Khazen

Board Member


Mr El-Khazen has been a Managing Director of UGC United Group Consultants SA (Geneva, Switzerland) since 2002 (and was a senior financial consultant since 1990) responsible for managing the growth of a family office and advising his family on managing their overall wealth, including various global strategic holdings in banking, real estate and operating companies. 

 

Mr El-Khazen is also a current board member of Saradar Bank (Beirut, Lebanon) and chief executive officer of Jamyco Holding S.A. as well as a Founding Partner of C&R Berlin Property Managers Pte Ltd. , real estate investment management firms.

 

Mr El Khazen is also a Founding Partner of C&R Capital Advisors Pte Ltd., a real estate investment advisory firm. 

 

Mr El-Khazen holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Evansville University Indiana. 


Lim Kok Khuang

Board Member


Mr. Lim has been a Partner at K.K. Lim & Co, Singapore since 1980 where he provides accountancy and business advisory services to a wide range of local and international companies active in financial services, real-estate and property development, as well as retail and technology.

 

Prior to founding K.K. Lim & Co, Mr. Lim worked in both local and international CA firms, commercial and financial services sector for 9 years.

 

Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Singapore.   He is now a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore), Fellow CPA Australia, Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Processionals (SIATP), Approved Liquidator and ASEAN CPA.


Khodor Shour

Board Member


Mr. Shour has been a Managing Director of UGC United Group Consultants SA (Geneva, Switzerland) since 2002 responsible for managing the growth of a family office, advising on managing the overall family assets, including various global strategic holdings in banking, real estate and operating companies. 

 

Prior to joining UGC United Group Consultants SA, Mr. Shour held various roles with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, managing assets of HNW private and institutional clients. 

 

Mr Shour is also a Founding Partner of C&R Capital Advisors Pte Ltd, a real estate investment advisory firm as well as a Founding Partner of C&R Berlin Property Managers Pte Ltd., a real estate investment management firm. 

 

Mr. Shour holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from North East London Polytechnic.
